- Built a powerful backoffice system for admins to create, configure, and publish dynamic forms without developer intervention
- Drag and Drop form builder for non-technical users to design complex multi-step forms
- Developed multi-step form flows in React for end-users, ensuring clarity and responsiveness on both desktop and mobile
- Integrated with the client's existing CAS-based authentication system for secure access control and session handling
- Handled high traffic loads and large-scale form submissions efficiently, especially during subsidy release periods
